Need help with AdCreator+? Email us at support@kawisoftware.com and tell us what happened, which phone you use and, if you can, the email or sign-in method on your account. A real person reads every message.
Credits
- Every button that costs credits shows the cost before you tap it. Editing text and new sizes are free.
- If an ad or video fails to render, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Plan credits refill every period. Annual plans refill every month.
Subscriptions
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose AdCreator+ to change or cancel your plan.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- New phone or reinstalled the app? Open the plans screen in the app and tap Restore.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
Report an ad
Ads and AI spokesperson videos in AdCreator+ are AI-generated. If one is wrong, misleading or inappropriate, open it, tap the menu and choose Report this ad. You can also report from the share sheet. We review every report.
Delete your account
Open the Account tab in the app and tap Delete account. This deletes your account, brands and ads. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google; cancel it in your store settings as described above.
